What We Do
Eating Disorder Therapy
We provide compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, orthorexia, ARFID, and other disordered eating patterns. Together, we’ll work to build a healthier relationship with food and body through personalized, trauma-informed care designed to support lasting recovery.
Body Image Therapy
We work with individuals to overcome negative self-image, body shame, and appearance-related anxiety in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. In our work together, we’ll build body neutrality, improve confidence, and create a healthier relationship with self-image.
Grief Therapy
Complex and traumatic grief can involve intense loss, sudden death, and unresolved grief that impacts daily life. Our compassionate therapists provide trauma-informed support to help clients process painful emotions, navigate bereavement, and find healing after profound loss.
Depression Therapy
Depression can lead to feelings of hopelessness, low motivation, and emotional exhaustion. It can be hard to get out of bed or imagine not feeling this way anymore. Our therapists help clients better understand these feelings, build coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of hope and purpose that brings fulfillment to daily life.
Brainspotting Therapy
Brainspotting is a somatic, brain-based therapy that helps individuals process and heal from trauma, anxiety, stress, grief, and other emotional challenges. It allows access to deeper parts of the brain where emotional pain is often stored. This approach can support lasting emotional healing, increased resilience, and personal growth when traditional talk therapy alone is not enough.
Anxiety Therapy
We help individuals manage overwhelming worry, stress, panic, and racing thoughts in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Our therapists use a combination of evidence-based approaches tailored specifically to your needs to help you feel more grounded and better equipped to navigate everyday life with confidence.
Trauma Therapy
We help individuals heal from painful experiences, PTSD, and emotional distress in a safe, supportive environment. Together, we’ll process trauma, build resilience, and regain a sense of safety, connection, and emotional well-being.
Therapy for Chronic Illness
Living with a chronic illness can feel overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally exhausting. Our therapists provide unique support for managing stress, anxiety, grief, and life changes related to ongoing health conditions, helping you feel more supported, empowered, and connected to yourself.
First Responder Therapy
We provide confidential and compassionate support for firefighters, police officers, EMTs, nurses, doctors, and other frontline professionals facing chronic stress, secondary trauma, and burnout. Our therapists understand the unique emotional demands of helping professions and offer tailored care to support resilience and overall well-being.
Therapy for Therapists
We specialize in providing therapy services to other mental health professionals who may be navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, stress, and the emotional weight of caring for others. Our therapists provide confidential, insight-oriented care to help clinicians reconnect with themselves, strengthen boundaries, and support their own mental well-being.

Because eating disorder recovery is influenced by the broader support system, we encourage all parents who are able to attend to participate. However, we understand that every family’s circumstances are unique, and meaningful support can come from any dedicated parent! All are welcome, and every step toward learning and connection can positively impact recovery.

*If you feel that your child’s experience requires more tools than what is covered in group (or you just want more personally-tailored support for your family), please contact us about options for parenting intensives for navigating eating disorder recovery with your child.

Brainspotting Intensives offer an extended, focused therapy experience designed to help you process trauma, anxiety, grief, and other emotional challenges more deeply than is often possible in a traditional 50-minute therapy session.
Many clients choose a Brainspotting Intensive when they feel "stuck," want to accelerate their healing, have limited availability for weekly therapy, or are seeking concentrated trauma treatment. Intensives provide the space and time needed to fully engage in the healing process without the interruptions that can occur when therapeutic work is spread across multiple months or years.
Because Brainspotting Intensives are longer than standard therapy sessions and don’t correspond to billable insurance codes, they aren’t eligible for insurance reimbursement and cannot be submitted for out-of-network benefits or reimbursement via superbills. Payment is self-pay only.

Parenting a child with an eating disorder can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating. Intensives are designed to help parents gain a deeper understanding of eating disorders, develop practical skills to support recovery, and feel more confident navigating challenges related to food, body image, and treatment with their child.
Many parents choose an intensive when they need more in-depth support, want a comprehensive understanding of eating disorder recovery, or prefer a focused learning experience rather than spreading information across months of sessions. While any parents are welcome, families often experience the greatest benefit when all involved parents attend together, allowing for a shared understanding and consistent approach to supporting recovery.
Because Intensives are longer than standard therapy sessions and don’t correspond to billable insurance codes, they aren’t eligible for insurance reimbursement and cannot be submitted for out-of-network benefits or reimbursement via superbills. Payment is self-pay only.
